Get ready to dash through the rainbow at the 2026 Twin Cities Pride Rainbow Run 5k & Kids' Rainbow Dash! Join us for an electric run down Hennepin Avenue and feel the energy as parade spectators cheer you on, or participate virtually from wherever you are!
