Pilates & Prosecco at Purposeful Pilates in the North Loop

Join Purposeful Pilates on Monday, Aug. 4, at 5 p.m. for a pilates mat class followed by a glass of Prosecco at Itasca Wine & Spirits! This high-energy 45-minute pilates workout will make you sweat to the beat as we challenge your core, stretch you out and help you build strength and stamina! Reward yourself afterward and meet fellow pilates enthusiasts over a glass of Prosecco! This is a mixed-level class that caters to all abilities. No pilates experience is necessary. Cost is $25, which covers the class and one glass of Prosecco. Must be age 21 or older. Bring your mat and join the fun!
