Breathwork + Guided Meditation + Sound Healing

Saturday, October 24 | 1:30 PM
Lake Harriet Spiritual Community | Psychic Fair

Join us for a free breathwork and guided meditation experience focused on deepening your connection with your higher self.

Through intentional breathwork and guided meditation woven throughout the practice, you'll be invited to quiet the thinking mind, open your awareness, and connect more deeply with your own inner wisdom and guidance.

Breathwork can be a powerful experience, offering an opportunity to move through what feels stuck and create space for greater clarity and connection. We'll close with sound healing to allow time for rest and integration.

No previous experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat, eye covering, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.

**This workshop is free and open to all.** Donations are welcome, with all proceeds supporting the care and upkeep of Lake Harriet Spiritual Community and its continued offerings.

Looking forward to sharing this experience with you!
