Want to have fun on the dance floor? Mostly Waltz invites and encourages anyone and everyone to learn and enjoy waltzing together in a relaxed, social ballroom setting. Whether you love waltzing, are curious about it, or simply enjoy music in 3/4 time, this dance is for you.

Led by Gerhardt Quast, each session begins with 30–45 minutes of basic waltz instruction, followed by plenty of time to practice with recorded music or a DJ. Instruction may include Turning Waltz, Linear Waltz, and Cross Step Waltz (not all in one session) variations not typically taught in standard ballroom classes.

The waltz is one of the world’s most beloved partner dances: accessible for beginners, endlessly engaging for experienced dancers, and a wonderful gateway to many other dance forms. Add in the rich, beautiful, and varied world of waltz music, and you have an afternoon full of movement and joy.
