- **Event Description**: This March MKG Minneapolis will be hosting our first ever instructor training camp led by advanced instructors and branch owners! It will be a full weekend of instructor training and martial arts dedicated to the theme of “Skill Acquisition and Development.” The camp is free for all active, dues-paying MKG instructors.

 
Guro Rick will run a short section of the training camp, but mostly this is a great opportunity for MKG Instructors to share teaching methods and train with each other. Over the course of the weekend, you will get a chance to explore a variety of approaches to skill development, receive constructive feedback on your teaching demos and martial arts from experienced coaches, and maybe even learn a few new tricks. 

 
Times and Dates


Saturday, March 21 

1130am-1230pm – Rick’s Advanced Blend class

1pm-5pm – Training Camp

7pm – Social time

 

Sunday, March 22

10am-11am – Building a Thai boxing program from the ground up (optional)

11am-3pm – Training Camp
