A 20+ year member of the US DnB scene, representing New York City, Dave Shichman is a Drum’N’Bass renaissance man; Dj, Producer, Vocalist, Promoter, Label & Artist manager & owner of Driven AM, the North American DnB Artist Management, Record Label, and East Coast Event Production company. currently throwing events in NYC and Philly. As a producer, Dave has over 50 releases on labels including: Flight Pattern, Formation, Technique, Think Deep, Soul Deep, Luv Disaster, Basswerk and many more. Former resident DJ at legendary NYC DnB parties, Direct Drive, Secret Art of Science with DB and Natural Selection, currently a resident with Driven AM NYC, Driven215 in Philly and Smoke Em Out in Northampton Mass. Dave’s touring schedule has him constantly on the road, having performed in 19 states and 4 international spots both solo and with his Driven AM family members Random Movement, Mixmaster Doc, Agent 137 and others. Co-owner of BBS Gear alongside DB & DJ DARA. Co-Owner of BIG DRUM & BASS with Dieselboy. Dave is passionate about music, and it shows in his energetic high energy mixing and performance. Some of Dave’s biggest contributions are behind the scenes; managing, mentoring, promoting and growing the North American Drum & Bass scene.
