The second half of the evening will be the presentation of a new production Gunggong & Bombo: A Drum's Tale created by Tiyumba African Drum & Dance Co and Away Runakuna developed in collaboration with Exposed Brick Theater, and directed by Siddeeqah Shabazz.We invite audiences to the festivities on Friday April 3rd & Saturday April 4th from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM CST at 3754 Pleasant Ave. Sliding scale tickets are available to keep the event accessible for all.
