The series focuses on practical skills, collective care, and supporting one another when systems fall short. Our goal is to share tools that anyone can use while creating stronger community care networks. Topics will range from harm reduction and advocacy to mental health, disaster preparedness, and beyond.

We’ll explore practical ways to care for your mind and body through grounding, breathwork, and somatic techniques that build nervous-system safety. This session focuses on everyday mental health care and how community connection supports wellness for all of us.
