Her sessions are designed to support energetic alignment, emotional clarity, and nervous system restoration—helping clients reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater awareness, ease, and self-trust. Carly will be offering Reiki to each participant (with consent of course!).Lacey will be guiding you through a meditative sound experience, utilizing Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, cosmic plate gong, and variety of chimes for maximum relaxation and release.Singing Bowls activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), which is vital for ongoing health and vitality. Tuned to the natural vibrations in our body, while syncing the left and right sides of the brain, you will experience increased creativity, focus and memory, reduced stress and a quieting of the mind.Sound healing is a meditative experience that utilizes sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will experience calming sounds that resonate with the body's natural rhythms. Sound baths can help release energetic blockages and enhance a sense of calm.
