These Saturday Robotics Seminars are designed for high school students who are new to robotics, thinking about joining a team, or simply want to learn something fun and exciting. All materials will be provided.
Check-In (7:30am-8:00am)
Solidworks CAD Design (8:00am-10:00am) – Upon completion of this seminar, students will be able to perform 2D sketches using Solidworks, fully dimension these sketches and extrude and cut simple 3D features.
Industrial Robotics (8:00am-10:00am) – Upon completion of this seminar, students will be able to describe how robots are used in the real-world. Students will program and run Fanuc LR Mate 6-axis industrial robots.
Break (10:00am-10:15am)
Industrial Robotics (10:15am-12:15 pm) – Upon completion of this seminar, students will be able to describe how robots are used in the real-world. Students will program and run Fanuc LR Mate 6-axis industrial robots.
