Tuned to the natural vibrations in our body, while syncing the left and right sides of the brain, you will experience increased creativity, focus and memory, and reduced stress and anxiety.Sound healing is a meditative experience that utilizes sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will experience calming sounds that resonate with the body's natural rhythms. Sound baths can help release energetic blockages and enhance a sense of calm.
