Ready to try the most metal apparatus around? Join Jenn for intro to double loop chains. We will be working on building a short sequence and simple poses. And we will be doing them in heels, utilizing the stiletto to create enticing shapes and poses. The perfect mix of sexy, hardcore and slinky. 

Some aerial experience is helpful but not required. Heels highly recommended but not required. Attire: leggings and tshirt will be best but can be done in pole wear if you dare
