- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 12 Jul, 2026 at 09:30 am – Thu, 23 Jul, 2026 at 09:00 am
- **Event Description**: Join volunteers at William Berry Woods to pull Creeping Bellflower (Campanula rapunculoides), a lovely flower but invasive species that is invading this woods, especially in the southwest quadrant along Richfield Road, the edge of the turf area and the sidewalk. The plant's tubers spread and crowd out the native plant community that volunteers work hard to preserve and protect in these woods. Until a permanent solution can be implemented, we work to remove flowers before they go to seed.

Berry Woods is the small woodland between Bde Maka Ska and Lake Harriet, on the northern edge of William Berry Park. Bring your own gloves and drinking water.

Meet at the northwest corner of the woods, near the intersection of Richfield Road and W 39th Street. Street parking is available on Richfield Road.
