We find ourselves in an intense start to our new year. It has been marked by events that have shaken our sense of safety and humanity. If you’re feeling unsettled, scared, or heartbroken, honor those emotions. When we honor our fears and love them for keeping us safe, we can then move towards releasing the fear and anxiety, and restore our inner peace.  

Restoring our inner peace, self-care, grounding practices, and connection with community & nature matter so much right now. While many would like to separate us by keeping us in fear, we need to remember to reach out and unite in unity consciousness with those around us. To offer and receive support. 

We are moving through pivotal territory. We can’t just hope that things will improve, personally or collectively. We are being asked to tap into our inner peace, to ask for clarity and inner wisdom. Then to act with intention, courage, and consciousness.

Carol & Ali will share practices such as grounding, acknowledging & releasing fear, meditation, and sound vibrations to assist us all in connecting & returning to our inner peace. 

Please join us at Lake Harriet Spiritual Community, on Sunday 1/18/26, at 12:00-1:30pm. This is a FREE community event & All are Welcome!   

This gathering is a powerful potential for restoring your inner & outer peace. As we come together and Lean into peace, generosity, love, community and oneness.

Carol Lovelee has extensive studies of many energy techniques including visualization, breath work, color as frequency, mindfullness, sound and mantras, loving kindness, and movement meditation. She is passionate about helping you understand, manage, and shift your energy so you can quickly experience positive change and growth. As you learn to shed and retrain your energies you can move from confused, unwell, and tired ~ to vibrant, happy and at peace. Loving and taking good care of yourself is Key to a Happy, Healthy You! 
Carol has a MA in Psychology, and has been studying all things energy, holistic, & spiritual for 25+ years. She attended certification programs in, Eden Energy Medicine, Matrix Energetics, Reiki, Past Life Release Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), PTSD Release, Therapeutic Touch, Mindfulness, Light Language Activations and Psychodrama and Expressive Arts Therapy.

Ali Fitzpatrick is a trauma-informed transformational coach and practitioner, Brainspotting facilitator, kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, and sound healer whose work bridges neuroscience, somatic psychology, frequency, and spirituality. Ali has been a 20 year student of yoga and meditation and 30 year student music and frequency.  Through her private practice, workshops, and corporate experiences, Ali has supported hundreds of clients in cultivating nervous-system safety, emotional freedom, and purpose-driven expansion. She brings a unique embodied experience that helps you drop into your heart and soul to hear the deeper wisdom within wanting to emerge through meditation, movement, sound and coaching.
