With banjo, mandolin, upright bass, and acoustic guitar in constant conversation, their music moves from Bill Monroe to Lil Nas X, from tight originals like “Time Machine” to expansive Grateful Dead explorations.

Texas Toast (Winona, MN) crafts psychedelic cowboy songs rooted in classic country and stretched by influences from folk, R&B, bluegrass, jam, and dance-pop. Texas Toast delivers a sound that’s both genre-blurring and deeply grounded—where something special always happens when they take the stage.
