Howard. “Moonlight of Madness” from Inner Sanctum: Struggling author Edgar Allan Poe investigates the strange case of a woman who survived being buried alive, only to discover that she may have returned from the grave as something else. Adapted from the 1940 short story by Manly Wade Wellman.Shanan Custer, Joshua English Scrimshaw, Tim Uren, and Eric WebsterThe Mysterious Old Radio Listening Society performed its first staged old-time radio recreation in 2016 at the Bryant-Lake Bowl Theater in Minneapolis. Since then, the Society has appeared at the Minnesota Fringe Festival, Daleko Arts in New Prague, the Wabasha Street Caves in Saint Paul, and The Phipps Center in Hudson. Their recreations were also featured monthly from 2017 to 2019 at the James J. Hill Center and from 2020 to 2022 at Park Square Theatre in Saint Paul.
