Whether you are a recent amputee, an experienced adaptive runner, or you're an individual or family who just wants to come and enjoy the space—we welcome you to join us!The 2026 Twin Cities Area clinic will be offering free adaptive strength, agility, and track workouts. If that's not for you, come and walk the track, sit on the sidelines, play yard games, or have your kids play in open space—throughout weekends in late January, February, and March.*Our community will be concluding the season by running, jogging or walking Goldy's Run 5K, 10K, 10M, 13.1M, or Kids' Race race on April 12, 2026, for those who wish to participate!
