Join us November 28 for the 11th annual Leftovers Ride, a Joyful Riders Club Black Friday tradition!
After you've braved (or skipped) the shopping crowds, unwind with a fun, easygoing bike ride through Minneapolis. We'll explore scenic spots, share Thanksgiving leftovers, and—true to tradition—burn a table.
The Leftovers Ride began over a decade ago when we stumbled upon a table in the woods and set it ablaze. Now, each year, we bring a new one to burn as a symbol of gratitude, community, and pure silliness.
🕓 Meet: 4:00 p.m. at Fulton Beer (North Loop)
🚴 Ride: 4:30 p.m. | ~5 miles round trip
🧺 Stop: Bohemian Flats Park for fires and feasting
🔥 Bring your own: Leftovers, drinks, utensils, and plates — we’ll provide the table (to burn!) and the firewood
🍻 Return: Fulton Beer, where every rider gets a free drink (beer, THC beverage, or NA option)
This family-friendly ride welcomes all skill levels. We’ll cruise at a relaxed 8–10 mph, with regroup points and a sweeper to keep everyone together. Just bring your bike, helmet, bike lock, front and back lights, and a sense of adventure.
Don’t miss this joyful Twin Cities tradition. Come ride, feast on your leftovers, and make some memories!
