This Memorial Day, honor our fallen heroes by taking on The Murph Challenge at Minerva High School starting at 12 PM! 🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️

This legendary CrossFit Hero WOD isn’t just a workout—it’s a tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice. And this year, we’re using it to raise funds for a great cause!

💥 What to Expect:
✅ 1-Mile Run
✅ 100 Pull-Ups
✅ 200 Push-Ups
✅ 300 Air Squats
✅ 1-Mile Run
(Weighted vest optional!)

🎯 All fitness levels welcome—modify as needed!
