Build a strong, graceful frame while having fun! This beginner-friendly class focuses entirely on posture—the foundation of beautiful ballroom dancing. Through targeted exercises and playful movement drills, you’ll improve your alignment, balance, and confidence both on and off the dance floor.

Not a dancer? No problem.. we will be providing different stretches and exercises to help you with your posture

Cost is $15 per person

Class is led by professional ballroom dancer and Master Personal Trainer, Coral Abel
