Prefer to say it in French? Pain a la Biére, or Potato and Beer Bread is a distinct bread from the Alsatian region. In this demonstration, you will follow along the many processes needed to create this unique product. Steps include how to make a fermented dough with a combination of flours, mixing, kneading, rising, resting, dividing, and shaping the potato and beer loaf.
