Summer Diesel Festival

Our annual “Summer Diesel Festival” will be held between Thursday 4th & Saturday 6th June 2026, plus a mixed traction day on Sunday 7th June.

We will mark the WSR’s 50th year with several visiting diesel locomotives to join members of the home based DEPG (Diesel & Electric Preservation Group) fleet.

As usual, an intensive timetable and additional attractions will take place throughout the weekend.

More details will be announced closer to the time of the event.
