This time of year can be challenging for some to navigate, thats why we are getting together straight after Christmas and New Years.
Loss changes us. It can alter our identity, challenge our emotions, and shift the way we see the world. Life After Loss is a therapeutic workshop designed to support individuals navigating grief in all its forms — whether the loss of a loved one, pet, relationship, health, identity, material/financial, or a significant life transition.
We will explore how loss impacts the brain, body and nervous system, provide strategies to manage overwhelm, anxiety and emotional waves, rebuilding identity and meaning through yoga, arts therapy, breathwork, sound healing, spiritual connection, group reflection and supported sharing.
