The sauna social after the run is offered at half-price: a reduced rate of just $14.50 — capacity is limited to the first 20 sign-ups so we encourage you to sign-up in advance.

The light pace is great for beginners, and set by the group. If a few people want to go slower or faster then we split into different pace-pods.

Simply show-up just before 8am, run or walk for about an hour, then afterward enjoy sauna time together for half-price!
