- **Event Description**: Our Nineteenth Season continues with a special reading celebrating Black History in the Community Room at the Ledding Library in downtown Milwaukie: 10660 SE 21st Avenue.

Our Featured Readers in person will be Emmett Wheatfall and Christopher Luna. They will be reading poems by Langston Hughes and their own work.

We will have an Open Mic. Anyone who would like to participate in this is welcome. Plan to read 1 or 2 poems highlighting black poets and spoken word artists. We will do another round if time permits. People who want to read a poem must be in person. Email TomHogan2@comcast.net for the link to register.

Can't make it to the event in person? No worries. We will be live-streaming this reading via Zoom. E-mail for the link. TomHogan2@comcast.net.
