• Pontoon shuttle to Elk Rock Island
• Easy 0.4-mile float back to Milwaukie Bay Park (20–30 min, safety rope line + volunteers the whole way)
• Optional FREE Elk Rock Island tours via Milwaukie Parks Foundation

AT THE PARK
• Food & drink vendors (coffee, beer, more)
• Live music + a local legend DJ
• Swimming beach, shade, seating, changing stations
• Handmade boat demos by Historic Welsh Society & info booths
