Join us for a free quarterly family literacy experience that connects caregivers, children, and the community. Each session offers interactive learning, free books, and strategies that make reading fun and meaningful.

Start the school year with a celebration of reading, community, and connection. Enjoy a lively read aloud with Milwaukee’s own Danette Justus from Just Us Books, plus free books for your home library. Caregivers will take home playful strategies to make reading fun and engaging all year long.

Discover the power of everyday conversations. Build a language-rich home with simple strategies for story time, mealtime, and car rides that boost vocabulary, listening skills, and curiosity.

Turn learning into a game. Families will create and take home literacy activities that strengthen rhyming, letter recognition, sight words, and storytelling. When learning feels like play, children keep coming back for more.
