This holiday-themed costume bike ride for charity is a 13-mile, slow-rolling holiday party on wheels bringing together over 2,000 riders dressed as Santas, Mrs. Claus, reindeer, elves, snowmen, dreidels, the Grinch, and more.
Your registration and merchandise purchases raise essential dollars for youth bicycle education in Milwaukee. In 2024, we reached more than 2,000 young people with hands-on safety education and created memories that will last a lifetime.
If you’ve joined us before, you’ll recognize much of the ride—but note that there are route changes still being finalized. Any changes are made in the interest of safety and efficient flow of the ride. Registering early ensures you’ll get all the latest updates.
We’re offering pre-mailed “Nice List Packets” and merchandise (for a small fee) to make the busy holiday season easier. Packets will ship by November 21. After that date, only in-person pickup will be available—either at the Pre-Packet Pickup on Dec. 5 from 3pm - 6:30pm at Wheel & Sprocket in Bay View or on Ride Day, Dec. 6 from 8am -9am.
Ride safe, dress for the weather—we ride rain, snow, or shine!
Please note: All registrations are non-refundable.

Not quite up for the full rampage? Join our family and kid-focused, Elf Cycle Frenzy, a 3.5-mile ride led by the Wisconsin Bike Fed’s experienced Safe Routes to School education staff. This Bay View neighborhood loop will parade down the streets and through Humboldt Park and ends at Cafe Centraal, where kids can warm up with hot cocoa, snacks, and festive activities. The Elf Cycle Frenzy begins immediately after the main ride departs from Wheel and Sprocket. Families should register at the same online form as the main Santa Cycle Rampage ride and arrive on time in the morning of December 6th, then simply hang back and follow the team at 9:45am once the larger group rolls out.
