We welcome the Spring Equinox, at Heart Center, with Aleisha Anderson and Meg Lucks for the perfect pair: Restorative Yoga + Acupuncture. The first hour will be a restorative and re-grounding class with a focus on slowing down and renewing energy. It will be followed by 20 minutes of acupuncture.

Meg will guide students into savasana, and one-by-one, Aleisha will treat each individual with a set of acupuncture points called Buddha's Triangle. The points are balancing, heart-nourishing and grounding.
