Papaya Salad Eating Contest - Tum Mak Hoong

Join our exciting contest for spice enthusiasts! Savor the vibrant flavors of Lao-style papaya salad, highlighted by the kick of Thai peppers. The challenge is clear: the first person to finish both the salad and its juice claims victory! And remember, you'll also need to finish a side of sticky rice. Winner takes home cash prize and advances to the finals!

This will be a normal sized portion of papaya salad, not over served like our past contests. The only catch is the juice in the salad must also be completed! No this is not a carolina reaper, ghost pepper papaya salad. This is will be Lao traditional style Tum Mak Hoong made with Thai Chili Peppers!

To eat this like a true Laotian, a side of sticky rice will be served also! Can't have Papaya salad without sticky rice! If you've never had it before, it's normal to use your hands to eat with. All rice must be eaten. Will be served in a bamboo basket called Kratip!
