- **Event Description**: ? LET IT FALL
A Reiki + Sound Healing Journey for Release

There is a point each fall when the trees stop holding on.

The leaves change, loosen and eventually fall — not because anything has gone wrong, but because their season has ended.

Let It Fall is an invitation to explore that same process within yourself.

Join me on October 17th for an evening centered around release, rest and making space for what comes next.

We’ll begin by creating a collective Altar of Release, where you’ll be invited to symbolically offer something you’re ready to put down — an old story, expectation, relationship, pattern, pressure, emotion or simply something that has felt heavy.

From there, we’ll move into a guided Reiki + sound healing experience.

Through Reiki, sound, vibration and intentional rest, you’ll have space to settle into your body and allow your own process of release to unfold without forcing it.

There is nothing you need to fix, figure out or arrive having already worked through.

Just bring yourself and whatever you’ve been carrying. ?

✨ THE EVENING WILL INCLUDE:

• Collective Altar of Release
• Guided grounding + intention setting
• Reiki energy healing
• Immersive sound healing journey
• Space for rest, reflection + integration
