- **Event Description**: Fitness on the Plaza, supported by Deer District BID 53, will return to the Plaza at Fiserv Forum this summer on Thursday evenings from May 7-Sept. 24 (exceptions apply). The free workouts will take place from 6-7 p.m. and consist of 45-minute full-body workout classes featuring cardio, bodyweight strength, core work and conditioning in partnership with Brew Fitness.

The workouts are scalable from beginner to seasoned workout fanatic. Attendees should bring a sweat towel and water to each class. Yoga mats are encouraged but not required. Workouts are followed by a weekly social event hosted by various Deer District tenants.

Registration is not required to attend. The fitness schedule is subject to change, and workouts will not be held on May 21, July 16, July 23 and Aug. 20.
