Join us for a nourishing, reflective and hopeful Winter Solstice event at Wyld.
Celebrate the transition from light to dark with a series of enriching activities designed to nourish you from the inside out, in all ways.

Activities include:

Walking the Spiral/Labyrinth: Reflect and celebrate the solstice through a meditative journey from light to dark.
Somatic Movement and Sound Bath:
Engage in gentle, mindful Yin Yoga session to deepen your connection with your body and the natural world whilst we take on a beautiful journey through the elements, the seasons and this changing time from Dark to Light. All whilst being deeply nourished by a heart filling sound bath thanks to our special guest Elisha from @wildsongco .

Nature-Based Art Process: Express your creativity and connect with nature through a guided art process, honouring the somatic journey and capturing all the GLIMMERS in creative and playful ways.

Nourishing Ayurvedic Lunch: Enjoy some nourishment, lovingly prepared using local organic ingredients with nourishing treats and warm, comforting @fern.and.sea.chai 

Come together with like-minded individuals in a serene natural setting to honour the Winter Solstice. Reconnect with self, nature, celebrate the season, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired and loved up.
