Join us for a special class that blends the gentle power of yoga and Reiki to restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
Kerry Ann will guide you through an all-levels flow to open the body, release tension, and steady the breath. The practice will gradually slow into cozy restorative yoga poses—fully supported postures held for longer periods to invite deep relaxation and reset the nervous system.
While you rest, Nicole will offer Reiki energy work, a Japanese healing technique that channels universal life force energy through gentle, hands-on touch (or hovering hands). Reiki supports emotional balance, relieves stress, and promotes a sense of peace and renewal.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a subtle, natural form of energy healing that helps clear energetic blockages and restore balance within the body. It encourages the body’s own ability to heal and creates an overall sense of calm and clarity.

Restorative yoga uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in restful postures. These poses soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and allow for profound rest and rejuvenation.
