-Digital links to my LIVE "practical Sourdough series " videos where I demo each step in the process from start to finish so you can follow along as needed. 
 -Take home the dough you Mix  in class to finish  at home , using the skills learned in class. 
-hands on training through each step in the process
-snack on a jalapeño cheddar loaf, classic loaf , 
-instructions on how to feed/maintain your starter 
-a sample baking schedule 
-FAQ sheet 
-Access to virtual personalized coaching from Jess ,to any remaining questions you may have as you begin your journey .
