As the darkness of winter begins to lift and the days slowly grow longer, we gather to honor both the stillness and the spark within. Ari will create meditative sound waves that guide and shape the energy of the room, while Kerry Ann leads you through a nourishing yoga practice designed to open space, release heaviness, and awaken inner brightness. Movement inspires sound; sound inspires movement — a true collaboration of vibration and flow.
