Learning to stack is key for good pressure management on pelvic floor and to improve core strength for lifting. This will help reduce injuries and pelvic floor symptoms.  Participants will also receive a video prior to the workshop about proper breathing and lower core connection. Date: Saturday, June 6th from 11:30am-12:30pm, $30 registration cost.
