Guided Meditation - Whole Soul Integration

Have you ever said the words "I love you with my heart and soul"?

Experienced trauma of any kind?

Feel like a peice of you is missing but can't quite put your finger on why?

Just want to relax for 20 to 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon?

If you said "yes" to any of the above, come to AMOSS this Sunday at 2pm.

This is a donation-based event.
The suggested donation is $10.

you are welcome to sit on the couches or bring a mat to lay on the floor. we have a couple comfy. meditation chairs too!

This is for meditators of all levels. Even if you have never meditated before, this is for you!!

Can't "clear your mind"? No problem, you don't have to! Guided meditation is perfect for that.
