🌿 We begin with gentle, flowing Qigong led by Lili to reconnect your body and mind.

🎵 Then guest practitioner Shon Ross (Inneflow Reiki & Sound Therapy) guides you through an immersive Sound Bath journey using sacred sound instruments.

Perfect if you’re curious to try something new, need a calming reset, or simply want some “time out.” No experience needed—just come as you are.
