Join our Postnatal Yoga with Baby classes to help with your recovery after birth. This five-week course, offers great benefits for you and your baby:

Enjoy yoga poses, nursery rhymes, gentle touch for your baby, and fun activities like parachute play. Over the five weeks, you'll work on strengthening your pelvic floor and core muscles, helping with recovery and bonding with your baby.
