Midsummer Rest & Retreat.
Join Annette from Radiant Wellness and Donna from Donna Moore Holistics for a nourishing day of rest and reconnection in the heart of summer. Midsummer Rest & Retreat offers a gentle blend of practices to help you slow down, release tension, and restore your natural balance.
We’ll begin with Qi Gong, using mindful movement and breath to awaken energy and ground into the present. A guided meditation will follow, inviting stillness and clarity. You'll have time for journaling, offering space for inner reflection and intention setting.
Later, we’ll take a mindful walk in nature, reconnecting with the rhythm of the earth and the peace of the season. The day will close with a deeply relaxing sound bath, using healing tones and vibrations to calm the nervous system and support emotional release.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself.
Please bring your own nest for the sound bath including pillows,and blankets, and please bring your own lunch.
We will provide yoga mats, tea, coffee, herbal teas and water.
