This session is designed to help you understand exactly what is happening in your body and mind, giving you the knowledge to take control.2. Empowering MovementEnergize, strengthen, and uplift your mood! Tayla will lead accessible sessions of Circuit Training and Boxercise. This is movement for confidence and strength—no previous experience with fitness or yoga is needed.3. Deep Rest & RelaxationYour body and mind deserve restoration. Gabi will guide you through a deeply calming Yin Yoga session followed by a healing Sound Bath to fully restore your nervous system and melt away stress.4. Community and SupportFeel the relief of knowing you are not alone. We will hold a heartfelt women’s sharing circle where you can connect with others, share experiences, and receive genuine support in a safe, confidential space.5.
