What is Body Doubling ?It's a simple technique involves working alongside others - either in-person or virtually - to stay on task.Their presence creates accountability, structure, and motivation, making it easier to get things done.❓ How it works ❓We will pick a location in Milton Keynes (it's Moxy, MK, again this week) and meet up.1️⃣ Bring your work (laptop, notebook, papers, etc).2️⃣ Brief intros and set your session goals.3️⃣ Get to work! Do your own thing, put your headphones in, or join our Pomodoro timers (25 min focus, 5-10 min breaks).This isn't group work, but an opportunity to settle down to work with other people around you. I mean, if you wanted to brainstorm, I'm sure we could utilise a quick break for that! There is a meeting room for private conversations which can be booked at Reception for £20 per hour.The space at Moxy is huge, so if you do come along with someone else or have a call, feel free to move to another area - there's a lovely comfy teddy bear to lean against! ??
