I will teach you how to help yourself with cleansing and grounding meditations. You will also learn how to cleanse and protect your environment and those around you including your own family. I can help you to meet your spirit guides and create a safe place in meditation where you can sit and reconnect with your loved ones passed. I will share with you the many benefits of connecting to the spirit world and how to open your 3rd eye, unlocking your psychic potential.
When you have completed this workshop you will then have the opportunity to come along at a later date to the advanced part of the learning, if you wish, where I will introduce you to card readings, connecting with spirit to give messages, rescue lost souls and send them to the light, past life recall and so much more. Even if you do not want to go on and do light work, EVERYONE will benefit from the beginners workshop as you will understand yourself more than ever.
