As the days get shorter and colder, many of us begin to feel the effects; lower mood, fatigue, or lack of motivation. But the good news? You can support yourself through these months with simple, evidence-based tools that bring back warmth, energy, and light from within.
Join Hope & Wellbeing Hub for a free 1.5-hour wellbeing workshop that blends science, mindfulness, and gentle movement to help you feel grounded, calm, and energised this winter.
You’ll be guided by Steph, NLP Coach & Time Line Therapy® Practitioner, with a strong background in healthcare and wellbeing centres, and Neha, a Senior Yoga and Breathwork Teacher, who will bring her expertise to help you reconnect with your body and breath.
After the session, take time to unwind, chat, and connect with others. Drinks and snacks will be available to order.
