- **Event Description**: The Bay Area Zen Meditation Center will be offering a new 5-Session Introductory Zen Meditation Workshop on Saturday mornings (6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/11 & 7/18) from 10:00am-11:30 am.  The Introductory Workshops will introduce basic zen meditation concepts and techniques that could help you:

 ✓ Re-energize your body, enhance body circulation
 ✓ Relieve stress, improve sleep quality
 ✓ Train your focus, find clarity of mind
 ✓ Discover inner joy and peace

All our Zen Meditation workshops are Non-Denominational and everyone is welcome to attend!  Our classes have been offered at Google, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and local libraries (Milpitas, Northside, Berryessa, and more) and all your workshop fees will be tax-deductible.  We look forward to seeing you in our meditation center this weekend!
