When was the last time you played simply for the sake of playing?

This spring, Journey to Insight invites you to step away from the seriousness of everyday life and reconnect with a part of yourself we often leave behind as we grow older: the part that is curious, spontaneous, imaginative and fully alive.

Play with your Inner Child is a three-hour transformational gathering where play becomes a doorway to presence, connection and personal insight.

Through a carefully curated mix of guided mindfulness, playful experiences, creativity, individual reflection and meaningful connection with others, we’ll explore what happens when we give ourselves permission to loosen our usual roles and ways of thinking.

There will be space to reconnect with joy and aliveness, but also to gently notice the parts of ourselves that may need a little more care. You will never be asked to share more than you want to or participate beyond what feels right for you.

Journey to Insight gatherings are small, inclusive and trauma-informed. No meditation, creative or workshop experience is needed. You don’t need to be “good at playing” either — curiosity is enough.

Come on your own or bring someone you’d love to share the experience with. Come as you are. Leave with a fuller heart.
