R250 at the event. ** Things to note *** - Registration and headphone collection will be between 07:00 and 07:30. - You will need a mat or a beach towel .. preferably both as the grass might be damp. - A meditation cushion or a similar small firm low cushion is recommended. - Please also bring a blanket to wrap around your shoulders or to cover you while you rest. - You will need to be warmly dressed with some layers that can be removed / added. - The meditation part of the practice is traditionally done seated but you are welcome to choose any posture that you are comfortable with (lying down .. standing or a combination of postures). - And because we will be at the beach ..
