Favourite Self-Discovery and Healing Teachings with Michael – A Half Day event

This event is an opportunity to explore some of my favourite teachings, especially those that contributed significantly to my journey of transformation and self-love.

If you have joined any of my classes, you may recognise some of these teachings. However in this workshop we will take the time unpack them and do some self-reflection and journaling.

The afternoon will be a mixture of listening to the teachings, exploring how these may be relevant to your own journey and we will also do some mindful movement, meditation and breathwork.

This will also be a final workshop at the studio before it closes.

If you would like to drop a little deeper into your own-self-discovery and healing, then this workshop may be what you need.
