You will learn the art of handbuilding while transforming a pre-thrown clay bottle into a one-of-a-kind refuge for birds. Guided by Ceramic Artist, Phyllis Seidner-Vesely, you will explore a variety of additive and subtractive methods, molding the clay into a birdhouse or a practical feeder. The choice is yours!Pet Policy: Visitors are NOT permitted to bring pets onto the WheatonArts campus. Only Service Dogs, as defined by the ADA, are welcome on the grounds.Seats are limited and booked on a first-come, first-reserve basis. Besides an auto-generated email receipt, you will receive a confirmation email from the Director of Education and Artist Services, Pamela Weichmann. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at 856.825.6800 ext. 112 or by emailing pweichmann@wheatonarts.org.CANCELATION POLICY: Refunds are eligible up to one week before the beginning of the workshop. After this time, workshop fees are non-refundable. WheatonArts reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to minimum enrollment. If cancellation occurs, WheatonArts will refund all workshop fees. A $25 fee is charged to those who do not show up for their appointment. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment; otherwise, it will be considered a no-show, except in the case of illness. Are you feeling unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19?
